We are temporarily closed but still taking urgent service bookings.

Nothing matters more to us than the health and wellbeing of our customers, our colleagues and their families. For this reason, Audi Centre has temporarily closed its premises until further notice in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Why we are closing

We know this may cause some disappointment and we apologise for any inconvenience. Our priority is to protect the welfare of our employees and customers, we must do everything we can to protect our community and to reduce the further spread of the virus.

Existing appointments and bookings

For those customers who are due to take delivery of their new vehicle or who have a car currently on-site for service work, we will aim to complete your transaction with us where it is safe to do so. We are in the process of contacting you directly. All other existing appointments and bookings due in the coming weeks are being cancelled. We will be in contact to re-arrange your booking for when our showroom re-opens.

Although Audi Centre is closed, all customers can still contact us using the below methods. We have an emergency service team on-call to continue to facilitate emergency service bookings when needed.
